Membership Sales Consultant

Be a part of our team at Massage Heights and help us inspire, educate, and promote a balanced lifestyle. We seek a motivated Membership Sales Consultant. We are a positive and gratifying work environment looking for a dynamic, outgoing SALES PRO and team player.

Benefits / Perks :

  • $16+ base hourly, with bonus commissions paid at ranges of $18-$22 / hour
  • Employee massage benefits at a reduced cost for your health and wellness
  • Full-time and part-time positions up to 25-40 hours / week

Responsibilities :

  • Sales - Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members
  • Greet guests and members in person and on the phone
  • Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals

    • Qualifications :

  • MUST have strong sales experience and have an outgoing personality
  • MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Experience with fast paced work environments
  • MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
