• Direct the Agronomy Division on the path of becoming one of the most successful competitors in the Central Virginia market by driving profitability through effective leadership and long-term strategic planning.
• Provide coaching and mentorship and support to the Agronomy team in the areas of customer service, sales, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on agronomy products and services
• Execute a strategic agronomy operations plan that aligns customer service, sales and volume building, merchandising, inventory management, budgeting, and expense control with EverGRO business and financial goals.
