Job Summary :

Kodex is a company that revolutionizes how organizations handle sensitive subpoenas and data requests from law enforcement and government agencies. They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist – Product & Platform Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making, define success metrics, and optimize business performance through data insights and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities :

• Refine ambiguous questions and generate hypotheses through a deep understanding of our data, customers, and product dynamics.
• Define how teams measure success by developing and maintaining KPIs and user / business metrics in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
• Lead the design and interpretation of A / B tests and other experiments to evaluate product features and business strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve the availability, reliability, and accuracy of logging, data pipelines, and data infrastructure.
• Build large-scale data architectures and modeling frameworks to identify user behavior patterns, flag anomalies, and surface risk signals across Kodex workflows.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover user behavior patterns, operational inefficiencies, and product opportunities.
• Develop compelling, data-driven stories and present findings to senior leadership to guide product strategy and business decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports that enable real-time monitoring of platform health, product performance, and business impact.
• Support prioritization of product and optimization initiatives through clear, actionable insights grounded in rigorous analysis.
• Support and guide other technical team members to foster a strong data culture across the organization.
