The Gainey Agency is seeking a Remote Sales Agent to provide professional, client-focused insurance sales and service in a fully virtual environment. The incumbent will guide clients through the policy lifecycle, support sales objectives, and maintain high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities :
- Advise clients on insurance products and recommend solutions aligned with their needs and circumstances.
- Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quote generation, application processing, policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in internal systems.
- Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent, professional communication.
- Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market developments to provide informed client guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, streamline processes, and support collective performance goals.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required licensing and compliance standards.
Required qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.Demonstrated commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Possession of relevant state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain required licenses in a timely manner.Authorization to work in the United States.Preferred qualifications :
