What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Create various types of technical documentation, including user guides, reference guides, and troubleshooting guides
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise documents for non-technical audiences
  • Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather data for documentation
  • Organize ideas and concepts effectively to produce high-quality documentation
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
  • Ability to self-manage work assignments and meet deadlines

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in English, communications, journalism, or technical writing
  • Proficient in PHP and .NET
  • Experience with enterprise applications and technical architecture
  • Familiarity with creating workflows using Lucidchart
  • Knowledge of best practices for code development and technical documentation
