What You'll Do :
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and more.Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to pinpoint problems accurately and efficiently.Conduct thorough multi-point inspections, ensuring the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department to keep repairs on track and manage customer expectations.Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.Stay updated on the latest automotive advancements through technical bulletins and training programs.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (or actively pursuing)Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and efficiencyAbility to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with diagnostic equipment a plusTeam player with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to customer satisfactionValid driver's license with a clean driving recordASE Certification a plus (Master Technician preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience (for Master Technician position)Ready to Join Our Team?
