This skilled nursing facility has a 300 square foot gym with NuStep, Parallel bars, Stairs, Therapy Mat, and various weights. The facility also has a resident garden area.

• Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of California
• Setting : 93 bed 5 Star skilled nursing facility
• Open to Part-Time and PRN options
• Flex schedule options available.
• Full-Time Wage Range : $35 - $41 per hour, based on experience
