IT Analyst Programmer

A company is looking for an IT Analyst Programmer for a limited tenure position, focusing on enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom and purchased systems software

Remediating customized ServiceNow components based on health assessments

Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with technical governance and release management standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and training / experience in technical development; or Associate's degree with 5 years of professional experience in technical development

Knowledge of system design principles, software development methodologies, and computer programming

Experience in healthcare technology and managing both custom and vendor-supplied applications

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies)

Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB and ACLs
