Remote Call Center Scheduler

A company is looking for a Call Center Scheduler to support scheduling for healthcare specialties remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns satisfactorily

Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following protocols

Collect and enter required patient demographic and insurance information accurately

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

One year of previous call center or customer service experience required

Basic healthcare knowledge preferred

One year of related experience in a medical setting preferred

Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM preferred
