Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic, mechanical, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Lead or support installation and upgrade of new or existing production equipment.
Develop and follow preventive maintenance procedures (including Lockout / Tagout).
Use multimeters, current probes, schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose complex issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure factory equipment is safe, reliable, and efficient.
Support layout planning, capital equipment procurement, and documentation updates.
Participate in call-in and weekend work as required to support critical operations.
Follow all OSHA and client safety protocols.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing / production setting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with :
Automated equipment and control systems
High voltage systems (480V, 208V, 110V, and DC voltages)
Multimeters, current probes, and diagnostic instruments
Ability to work from schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and verbal instructions.
Experience interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and working with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work 2nd shift after training, with flexibility for weekends / call-ins.
Comfortable working in a high-voltage, hands-on environment-this is not a desk or technician helper role.
Required Education :
Associate's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related technical field.
