Construction Superintendent

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading daily job site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Managing project timelines, inspections, and documentation.
• Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Mentoring and guiding junior field staff to support their development.
