Entry-Level Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative
Schedule : Full-Time | On-site

Position Summary :
We’re looking for a personable, reliable, and customer-focused Entry-Level Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—providing exceptional service, processing transactions accurately, and helping clients with their banking needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in launching a career in banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine financial transactions.
Provide accurate information on account balances, products, and services.
Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
Identify opportunities to refer customers to additional banking services or products that meet their needs.
Resolve customer inquiries or escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Uphold strict confidentiality and security standards.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or finance preferred.
Prior customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems.
