Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based Operating Room setting Level I Trauma Center environment Primary patient population includes neuro surgical cases Shifts are 3x12 hours, 18 : 30 to 07 : 00, with rotating days off to meet unit needs Weekend scheduling may be required On-call required : approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month First time travelers are accepted for this assignment No floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals unless otherwise agreed upon Modules must be completed pre-start, with first 8 hours non-billable Return staff policy requires a minimum one-year separation Requirements Active MT or compact RN license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Minimum of 3 years prior Operating Room RN experience required Significant neuro surgical experience required, including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy / discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF procedures Robotics experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required Level I Trauma Center experience required Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility; locals not accepted References required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-615790.
