\n\nJob Description\n

The Progressive Care Unit is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care to patients in a telemetry environment. You will be responsible for managing patients with cardiac conditions, ensuring their safety and comfort during their recovery.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.

    • \n

  • Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, and respond to changes.

    • \n

  • Utilize telemetry for patient management and treatment.

    • \n

  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

    • \n

  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a step-down or ICU setting.

    • \n

  • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.

    • \n

  • Valid nursing license in the state of North Carolina.

    • \n

  • Telemetry or cardiac care experience preferred.
