Base pay range

$15.50 / hr - $29.20 / hr

Responsibilities

• Orders, replenishes, and merchandises Whole Body products and participates in regional and national sales promotions.
• Performs all functions related to breaking down deliveries, moving back stock to floor, merchandising new products, and stocking shelves.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and developing promotional displays and maintaining OTS standards.
• Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and be prepared to perform duties inherent in other Team Member job descriptions.
• Support WFM core values and goals, promote national, regional, and store programs and initiatives, and adhere to health and safety regulations including Food Safety.
• Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products.
• Follow procedures for weights and measures, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; keep equipment clean per WFM standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing and signage accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
