Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at our small but growing senior care agency, located in Delray Beach, FL.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery to all clients and potential clients, regulatory compliance with Florida Health Department requirements, staffing, scheduling and business development. Must have significant hands on experience in client services, scheduling, recruiting and HR. This role is suited for a manager who is capable to grow as the agency grows.
Qualifications
Experience in Operations Management, including staff supervision and scheduling
Experience preparing for and managing random AHCA regulatory compliance audits
Experience managing all incoming client inquiries, managing ongoing client relations
Strategic business development experience, including growing online social media and digital marketing presence (including negotiating, testing, implementing, and measuring ROI for these entities), and using CRM technologies
Experience presenting to C-Suite executives in healthcare (Geriatric doctors, hospital executives, case managers, rehab center executives, etc.).
Excellent written and public speaking skills are mandatory in order to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Experience using the Wellsky / Clearcare technology scheduling system (or similar)
Flexible schedule to oversee on call teams for weekend and evening coverage, when emergencies arise.
