A company is looking for a Tax Senior to manage various income and transaction tax areas and support tax planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with IRS and state audits, including data gathering and issue resolution
Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740
Support tax planning and research initiatives to minimize tax exposure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
CPA certification (active or in progress) preferred
3-6 years of relevant corporate direct and indirect tax experience
Strong knowledge of federal and state corporate income tax laws
Experience with ASC 740 tax accounting principles
