What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Service Representative?

  • Execute structured to clients, introducing AT&T’s fiber, wireless, and bundled service tiers using approved D2D engagement protocols.
  • Assess connectivity gaps, operational needs, and budget parameters to align AT&T solutions with business goals across multiple service categories.
  • Own the full acquisition cycle—from lead qualification and proposal development to contract execution and service activation using AT&T’s campaign workflows.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging pipeline activity, account status, and territory performance to support forecasting and campaign visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure onboarding accuracy, provisioning readiness, and service delivery alignment with AT&T’s D2D standards.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and share actionable insights that improve outreach strategy, elevate conversion rates, and drive territory growth.
