Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of initiatives. This role ensures alignment between business strategy, regulatory requirements, and technology delivery, while providing structure, governance, and clear visibility into Project progress and outcomes. The Project Manager acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, operations, technology, and external partners, ensuring that Projects deliver value, meet compliance obligations, and enhance the customer and partner experience.

You'll work across finance, operations, claims, data, and technology teams to ensure initiatives are aligned to business priorities, executed effectively, and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic insurance Projects, spanning payment system modernization, updates to customer / agent portals, regulatory change, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Translate business needs into project scope, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy.
• Manage inter-dependencies across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise goals.

What We Offer :

Salary : $90-$120k

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

Please note that this position is hybrid and requires two (2) days in our office weekly
