Indirect Procurement Manager (Lake Mary)

Job Purpose : The Indirect Procurement Manager for American Builders Supply will oversee the acquisition of goods and services not directly used in a companys primary product or service, but that are necessary for daily operations, such as office supplies, cell phone carriers, and maintenance anything else directly related to indirect spend.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Create and implement strategies for sourcing indirect goods and services
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet performance goals
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to reduce costs and secure favorable conditions
• Analyze spending and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Work with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Track performance against established goals and take appropriate action to meet requirements
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations
