Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect will be the main point of contact between the client and the consulting team. You will be involved in leading the requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design, and working with the client to deliver a smooth implementation. You will be involved with recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on your expertise.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.
• Supporting the services sales opportunities as the solution and technical leader working with the Account Executives and Client Partners.
• Working with Account Executives and Client Partners to articulate the value of Maestro (RapidResponse) and be able to discuss our implementation methodology / approach.
• Assisting in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes.
• Leading Deployment Workshops to help clients achieve immediate value from their investment.
• Facilitating business process design and development that leverages Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilities.
• Resolving complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results.
• Configuring the Maestro (RapidResponse) interface according to our clients' distinct needs as defined within the Agile user stories and blueprint designs.
• Working with our clients to develop a roadmap to solve multiple supply-chain problems leveraging the power of Maestro (RapidResponse);
• Advising clients on key architectural decisions concerning the Maestro (RapidResponse) platform and supporting technologies.
• Evaluating risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
• Producing technical architectures, developing system requirements, identifying resources, and estimating timelines for project completion.
• Developing client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.
