The Role

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team- PRN to full-time opportunities available in Arvada, Brighton, Broomfield, Thornton, and Westminster areas. You’ll work with patients, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities using OASIS
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Providing therapeutic interventions , including manual therapy, exercises, and education on injury prevention
• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Building supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journey
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
