Technical Analyst

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Analyst.

Position type :  Fulltime Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85054 (Day 1 Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a data savvy Technical Analyst with a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in reporting, dashboarding, and automation, and enjoys communicating complex data trends in a clear, engaging manner—akin to science communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reliable reports from diverse data sources.
• Maintain and distribute dashboards or generated files on a recurring basis.
• Convert raw data into structured formats for analytics.
• Apply NLP, Regex, and data cleaning techniques to prepare datasets.
• Automate manual tasks such as spreadsheet data entry.
• Interface with SQL databases and streamline data workflows.
• Partner with business and product teams to define reporting needs.
• Support implementation and manage change requests.

Skills & Attributes

Required :

SQL, Experience with dashboarding software,

Preferred :

DAX, Python, R, Java, Power BI or Tableau
