About The Team And The Role

eBay Live is redefining the shopping experience by bringing real-time, interactive, and curated live events to buyers worldwide. From collectibles and fashion to luxury goods and sports memorabilia, we’re connecting communities with sellers and creators through innovative, engaging live programming. As a Live Shopping Production Coordinator Producer, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing live shopping events, ensuring seamless production, seller collaboration, and audience engagement.

What You Will Accomplish

• Support and oversee the end-to-end production of eBay Live shopping events, ensuring seamless execution and engaging viewer experiences.
• Support in creation of processes, playbooks, and cross functional shareouts regarding Live programming.
• Manage live video and audio production, including RTMP streaming operations involving OBS Studio, HDMI / SDI / NDI camera operations, and the native eBay Live Platform.
• Collaborate with category managers, sellers, and hosts to curate compelling live shopping events aligned with eBay’s e-commerce goals.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, viewer engagement, returning buyers, and event saves to optimize event strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and quality of eBay Live events.
• Work with marketing teams to develop pre-show promotions, push notifications, and event branding to improve reach and audience engagement.

What You Will Bring

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below : $75,200 - $129,800
