This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a 3D Designer in the United States.

As a 3D Designer, you will create high-quality architectural visualizations and 3D models that bring real estate projects to life. Working remotely, you will collaborate with marketing and project teams to produce visually compelling representations of new construction developments. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects per month while developing long-term professional relationships and potentially transitioning into a full-time position. You will leverage your expertise in 3ds Max and architectural visualization software to transform designs into photorealistic renders, supporting both client presentations and marketing initiatives. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment are key to your success.

Accountabilities :

  • Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for real estate projects using 3ds Max and other industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with project and marketing teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
  • Translate architectural plans and sketches into photorealistic renders and 3D models.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in design elements while meeting project deadlines.
  • Provide revisions and adjustments based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of visualization workflows and tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in 3D design and architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max and related rendering tools.
  • Knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and realistic visualization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Mid-level to senior experience preferred, with the potential for long-term engagement.
