We’re a 24-year-strong boutique consulting firm in rapid growth mode, and we’re looking for a Microsoft SQL Developer with Microsoft Fabric experience to join our fully remote, senior-level engineering team.

Remote 🕒 Employment Type : Full-Time 💼 Experience Level : Mid to Senior 🔧 What You’ll Do : Design, build, and optimize SSIS, ADF, and Power Bi Reporting.
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices.

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem. 🧠 What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in SQL SSIS development , PowerBi report data modeling , and ETL / ELT processes .

Hands-on experience with SSIS , Microsoft Fabric , OneLake , and Dataflows Gen2 .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.

A growth mindset—you embrace change, seek feedback, and love learning.

Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus. 🛠️ Tech Stack & Skills :

SQL Server , T-SQL , Power BI (SSIS, Data Modeling, DAX, Visualization) Microsoft Fabric , OneLake , Data Factory , Synapse Pipelines Azure Data Services , Dataverse , SharePoint Bonus : Power Platform familiarity, Python, Git, ALM practices 🌱 Why Join Us?
