General Overview
We build, install, and maintain Microsoft-based information network systems for small businesses (e.g., dentists, CPAs, attorneys, title agencies) with 10 to 100 workstations in Central Ohio. Our services are designed to ensure their systems run smoothly, from servers to monitors. We are seeking a smart, hardworking individual eager to grow with us!

Position Overview
AccuNet is looking for a technology resource to grow with our company. As we experience growth in Ohio, our network / infrastructure technicians provide technical support on network, hardware, and software issues. Responsibilities include :
- Facilitating issue resolution within the team
- Configuring hardware such as firewalls, switches, servers, and routers
- Performing remote IT audits using remote connection tools
- Engaging in continuous learning and certification testing
This role requires comfort working in a team environment and directly with customers. We operate in a rapidly changing industry, and staying updated with technological advancements is essential.
You will report to the Director of Network Services. Salary depends on experience and performance.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (servers and backup systems) and have their own vehicle for visiting multiple clients in the Central Ohio area as needed.
