Job Overview – Bilingual Medical Practice Manager (Spanish) :

Compensation : $65,000 – $80,000 / year

Location : New York, NY

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Lead operations as a Bilingual Medical Practice Manager (Spanish) with our client in New York, NY. This role oversees staff hiring, training, and performance, manages patient scheduling and workflows, and drives process improvements for a high-volume healthcare practice. Proficiency in Epic or eClinicalWorks and knowledge of Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and lien processes are required, along with fluency in Spanish and English to support a diverse patient base.

Responsibilities as the Bilingual Medical Practice Manager :

  • Oversee Daily Operations : Manage office workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service.
  • Lead and Develop Staff : Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management in collaboration with administration and HR.
  • Maintain Key Relationships : Foster strong connections with patients, vendors, and third-party partners to support service excellence.
  • Drive Process Improvements : Implement strategies to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Ensure Compliance & Reporting : Adhere to company policies, healthcare regulations, and Workers’ Compensation requirements while preparing timely reports.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Medical Practice Manager :

  • Language Requirement : Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient and staff populations.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience : 5+ years in medical practice management or healthcare administration with experience in Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and lien processes, and in training and supervising Medical Assistants.
  • Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with medical office management software (Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Skills & Attributes : Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, motivate teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
