Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced In-Shop Commercial Tire Technician . Responsibilities will include overseeing the safety, efficiency, and completion of daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, at least three years of tire experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

3+ years of experience in a similar role or industry (some commercial tire required)Proficient in MS Office and the able to learn other softwareCommercial TIA certification (strongly preferred)Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment)Responsibilities :
Mount and dismount various sized commercial tires, utilizing the mount / dismount machine, T45A Tire Iron / Spoon Bar, and or the “Golden Tool”Accurately load and unload all tire shipments and assist Warehouse SupervisorAssist the Warehouse Supervisor with the efficiency and flow of warehouse inventoryAssist the Warehouse Supervisor with all monthly inventory auditsEnsure warehouse space is utilized efficientlyResponsible for writing up and barcoding customer and stock tires into BibTread systemAssist with the scrap out analysis process for Snider customersIn charge of and accounting for wheels being submitted for reconditioningAssist Warehouse Supervisor with running monthly retread reportsMay be required to assist route driver with customer pickups and deliveriesResponsible for the overall organization, inventory, and cleanliness of warehouseFollow all safety rules, wear proper PPE and demonstrate safety conscious mindsetDemonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform.Adheres to all policies, procedures and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.Skills and Abilities :
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipmentExcellent customer service, communication skills, and high level of attention to detailFollow safety protocols and company policiesAbility to work a rotating, on call schedule to include some night and weekend shiftsPass background check and drug screenWhy Join Us?
