  • Own campaigns end-to-end : From trend-spotting to production to launch, you’ll drive creative campaigns, not just post content.
  • Be a creator yourself : Shoot and edit TikToks, Reels, Shorts — leading from the front with a hands-on approach.
  • Bridge online + offline : Blend content with NYC nightlife, party, and meetup scenes to spark conversations and IRL connections.
  • Think outcome-first : Measure success in engagement, reach, and activations (e.g., “grow NYC community sign-ups by 10%”), not just vanity metrics.
  • Tell the Hunch story : Evolve our brand voice so it resonates with the 22-26 year olds — fun, sharp, and authentic.
  • Engage creators : Partner with local voices, micro-influencers, and communities to expand Hunch’s reach.
