Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - On Call to join our team in Mount Vernon, OH.

• Schedule : Every other weekend & some week nights!
• Full Benefits!

PTO, Insurance, 401k, etc.

Reports directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior and will maintain primary control and professional management of each patient. You will act as primary liaison between physician, patient / family and hospice team.

Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range : $78,000 - $88,000
