Propulsion Systems is seeking a Business Management Director - Level 1. This position will have dual responsibility and be responsible for all Program Finance and Controls, Earned Value Management, and Profit and Loss within the Operating Unit of Commercial (GEM63 / Amazon Kuiper / Castor / Orion), as well as manage Propulsion Systems "PS 2030" initiative to upgrade, modernize, and expand PS facilities and infrastructure to support the massive growth the business unit is experiencing. This position will be based in Magna, UT.
Northrop Grumman Space Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures. The Propulsion Systems (PS) Business Unit focuses on solid rock motors for diverse Government and Commercial customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible for all Propulsion Systems, business management strategy and execution in assigned Operating Units (Commercial / PS2030). The individual in this position must be able to consistently and professionally interface directly with government and commercial customers, as well as interface within NGC at the business unit, division, and sector level. Candidates must be able to function in an environment characterized by frequently changing priorities.

Salary Range : $145,800.00 - $218,600.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
