Daytime Park Maintainer
Working under the general supervision of the Foreperson and Manager, the Daytime Park Maintainer in the Park Maintenance Department is responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of Central Park. This position focuses on detailed maintenance and cleaning operations across hard surfaces, pathways, playgrounds, and transverse roads. It is expected that the Daytime Park Maintainer will work within their assigned park location(s) and with other staff to perform their primary duties.
The ideal candidate will also have experience interacting with the public. The Daytime Park Maintainer must provide courteous assistance to Park visitors as needed, and represent the Conservancy and Park Maintenance department in a professional and respectful manner.

Note : This position is in-person (not a remote role).
Salary range :
Park Maintainer I : $43,500-$47,400 annually commensurate with experience.
Park Maintainer II : $44,500-$52,500 annually commensurate with experience.
