We are working with a well-established, successful plaintiff litigation firm that specializes in trials, arbitrations, and appeals for complex commercial cases and catastrophic injury cases! They are seeking a junior Legal Assistant or junior Paralegal to join the team!

Location : Houston (Montrose / Midtown area) - ONSITE

Salary range : $50k-$55k / year

Job Details

We are looking for a highly organized Legal Secretary or Junior Paralegal with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Must be willing to learn and adapt to the way the firm operates!

Job Duties / Qualifications :

1. Do you have any experience working as a Legal Assistant / Secretary? How many years?

2. Are you proficient / comfortable with calendaring and scheduling orders?

3. Are you experienced or familiar with preparing trial binders?

4. What practice areas are you experienced in?

5. Are you able to commute to Houston (Montrose / Midtown area) daily? This is a fully onsite position.

6. The salary range for this role is between $50k-$55k / year. Please confirm this is a salary range you would accept an offer at.
