• Assesses client health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care on all assigned clients. Directs client assessments by other nursing staff. (25%)
• Plans care for assigned clients and directs the planning of care by other nursing staff. (25%)
• Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care; ensures responsible care is rendered to clients. (25%)
• Implements nursing actions in accordance with established standards of nursing practice and demonstrates competence in nursing care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric client. Submission Requirements At least one year of Home Care experience - Required Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required Experience with IVs, wound vacs, and central lines - Highly preferred MI LTC Fingerprinting is needed during compliance - please keep this in mind Certification Requirements BLS (AHA) State License Requirements Michigan VeeAR Health Job ID 62962.
