Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media community engagement on behalf of the brand
Create and deliver social media performance reports, defining KPIs and making recommendations
Oversee and train hourly team members to ensure they are updated on tools and trends
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in social media community engagement and brand communication
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
Interest and cultural knowledge of California
Experience in creating social media reports and executing social media strategies
Ability to work non-standard hours when necessary
