Position Overview : Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to make a significant impact within our organization. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Salary Range : $21.00 - $31.00 hourly Location : Fayetteville, NC

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website.

Help organize promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success.

Support the marketing team in administrative tasks and coordinate schedules.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
