Project Manager – FF&E Division

Location / Onsite : Dallas, TX | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote after training)

A Day in the Life of the Project Manager – FF&E Division

In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact and coordination for luxury FF&E projects . You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle — planning , budgets , client communications , vendor coordination , and installations — ensuring that every element reflects the client's vision and runs like clockwork. Your role is essential to helping the creative team deliver high-end, turnkey interiors with precision and polish .

Responsibilities include :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients across all phases of FF&E projects
  • Lead project planning , scheduling , budgeting , and team coordination
  • Present project plans , budgets , and proposals to clients confidently
  • Oversee contracts , draw schedules , and ensure proper documentation
  • Assist with FF&E selections and manage product procurement and delivery timelines
  • Enter and track project specifications , pricing , and purchasing data using internal systems
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and manage financial closeout steps
  • Manage vendor submissions , including shop drawings and material approvals
  • Provide regular project updates and resolve any issues proactively
  • Approve invoices and support accounts receivable tracking
  • Travel occasionally for site visits and installations
  • Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree in Interior Design (required)
  • 2–5 years of experience managing FF&E or interior design projects
  • Background in residential , hospitality , or retail design preferred
  • Strong knowledge of furnishings , FF&E sourcing , and vendor coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office , Adobe Suite , and AutoCAD
  • Excellent organization , budgeting , and scheduling skills
  • Confident communicator and client relationship builder
  • Highly detail-oriented , proactive , and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Must be based in the Dallas area or able to commute regularly
