Manage budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across teams. 4+ years in AWS / cloud DevOps, bioinformatics, or data engineering. Proficient in Python, R, Bash, Terraform / CloudFormation. AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred. Cancer genomics or biomedical research experience is a major plus.
