  • ?? Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Qualifications :  RN license from your home country;  NCLEX pass USRN eligibility ; English sufficient for RN duties.
  • Compensation & Benefits : USD 40+ / hour  (based on experience); 10 Days Paid Leave; Health Insurance.
  • Schedule :  5×8h (8a–3 : 30p / 3p–11 : 30p / 11p–7 : 30a) or 3×12h (7a–7 : 30p / 7p–7 : 30a).
  • Timeline (RN) :  I-140 filing opens  November 4, 2025  (ongoing until filled).
  • Contract :  3 years; transfer allowed after 1 year (no penalty).
  • DPS Support :  Online onboarding, clinical English, and U.S. practice adaptation.
  • ????? CNA / MA (Unskilled – EB-3)
  • Pay Rate : USD 20–24 / hour  (experience-based).
  • No prior certification required.  U.S. certification & training completed  after arrival  (approved program; classroom + clinical).
  • English :  Basic clinical communication.
  • Schedule :  5×8h or 3×12h (same as above).
  • Contract :  3 years; transfer allowed after 1 year (no penalty).
  • ?? Sponsorship Model (Self-Sponsored / Cost-Sharing)
  • Processed under a  legitimate employer-filed EB-3 petition  (PERM + I-140 filed by the employer).
  • Applicant sponsor contribution  covers  education & administrative support only  (e.g., training coordination, documentation assistance, onboarding preparation) —  not a payment for employment
  • Employer and candidate  share sponsorship responsibilities  for a transparent, mutually committed pathway.
