We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to join our Support Team.
This position plays a key role in partnering with upper management and regional leaders to recruit, hire, and retain top management talent across all Stars and Strikes locations.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Strategy Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality management candidates across all locations.
Lead the full-cycle recruiting process :
- sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
- Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and partnerships with schools and professional organizations.
- Maintain and update job postings to ensure active and accurate listings.
- Collaboration & Partnership Partner with senior leadership and regional managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain proper management staffing levels.
- Host and coordinate manager interview sessions, job fairs, and manager-in-training workshops.
- Provide guidance and training to location leaders on hiring best practices.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with operations leaders to support ongoing staffing success.
- Candidate Experience Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates from initial contact to final offer.
- Represent Stars and Strikes as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Data, Reporting & Compliance Track and analyze hiring metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
- Regularly report hiring progress and staffing updates to upper management.
- Continuous Improvement Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR leadership—preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Able to travel regionally as needed.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and alignment with Stars and Strikes’ values and culture.
