Location : Various Locations : NYC and its surrounding areas, primarily Yonkers and

Bronx, NY. We also service the following areas : Queens NY, Long Island, Five

Boroughs, Westchester NY (Home-based)

Job Type : Contract / Per Diem

Compensation : Starting at $130.00 per hour (Enhanced Rate)

Job Description :

We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Physical Therapists (PT), to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with children in their homes and / or schools, providing essential therapy services that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide physical therapy services for children based on individualized treatment

plans

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best

    • outcomes for each child

  • Evaluate and assess children’s needs and progress
  • Develop and implement therapy goals that promote growth and development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sessions and communications

    • Qualifications :

    Current and valid PT license

    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families and

    multidisciplinary teams

    Reliable transportation to travel to client homes; can be partially reimbursed
