About the Role
Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Medical Administrative Assistant to support our client's growing healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to organize and manage medical / legal case documentation and thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage case files using internal systems and web-based portals
- Review and process incoming documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Assign case-related tasks to consultants and track progress through completion
- Communicate with medical professionals to ensure timely delivery of required materials
- Maintain compliance with internal protocols and industry regulations
- Prioritize and organize case workload based on urgency and complexity
- Log and monitor case activity, consultant assignments, and documentation status
- Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries related to case setup
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow issues
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
Experience : 3 years in an administrative or office-based role, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or legal support
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required
