Job Description Scrum Master TekFive is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in support of the Huntsville Operations Support Center (HOSC). The HOSC provides critical engineering and scientific support for space missions including the International Space Station (ISS), the Space Launch System (SLS), the Artemis lunar missions, and various commercial crew and satellite initiatives. The HOSC serves as a hub for real-time mission operations, data management, and coordination between NASA centers, international partners, and payload developers. The work location for this position is at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective team collaboration to achieve project objectives. This role is crucial in guiding teams through the Scrum framework, promoting continuous improvement, and addressing any impediments that may hinder progress. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring adherence to Agile development methods and frameworks.
• Implement and support Agile and Continuous Delivery practices that enhance scaling Agile within an enterprise environment.
• Utilize Agile development frameworks to improve task estimation, test automation, deployment automation, and Continuous Integration, enhancing execution speed and product quality.
• Manage technology scope and risk, ensuring they align with project objectives and constraints.
• Oversee technical quality in deliverables through Agile processes, actively supporting continuous process improvements.
• Deliver agile software solutions by employing best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design.
