Labor and Delivery Nurse

Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM | 3x12s

Unit : Postpartum, Antepartum, Labor, and Nursery (LDRP – Labor or Postpartum assignments based on need)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The RN will be responsible for evaluating patients, assisting physicians, and delivering comprehensive nursing care tailored to patient needs in the postpartum, antepartum, labor, and nursery settings.

Responsibilities :

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

Implement and document nursing care based on assessments and patient acuity

Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care throughout shifts

Advocate for evidence-based practices and maintain professional nursing standards

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered care

Complete documentation in accordance with standards of care and regulatory requirements

Fulfill other duties as assigned

Required :

• Minimum 1 year experience in related specialty
• Current NJ RN license or multi-state compact license
• BSN / ASN degree
• BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications
• ACLS certification
• Advanced AWHONN or EFM certification
