Key Responsibilities

Manage insurance defense cases from inception to resolution

Conduct legal research , draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and legal teams to build strong cases

What You Bring

Active Texas law license

3+ years of experience litigating premises liability, construction defects, or personal injury cases

Strong analytical, communication, and trial advocacy skills

Ability to handle complex litigation independently
