Our roles are typically open to remote candidates located and authorized to work in the U.S. However, strong preference is always given to candidates in or near our physical footprint. This is because we've found the ability to seamlessly collaborate in-person is very valuable to the nature of our work.
Regardless of location, onsite time and periodic travel for things like client meetings, collab sessions, production work, pitches, and team gatherings is important and expected. Our hybrid work model is core to how we deliver impact.

Who is the Senior Director of Client Services?
The Senior Director of Client Services is both a trusted partner to our clients and a motivating leader to our account team. Reporting into agency principals and group ownership, this working manager balances leadership with direct client engagement. You'll handle a handful of high-value client relationships and play an active role in pitching and onboarding new business, while crucially energizing and developing a team of account leaders.
This is not a role for someone who only sets vision from afar. We're looking for a leader who thrives on rolling up their sleeves - coaching their team in real time, setting clear expectations, creating efficient processes, and ensuring every account is positioned to deliver exceptional results. You'll join a collaborative, people-first group of strategists, media experts, and creatives who are passionate about helping our clients market less and matter more.
