BLS ACLS Required Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult Experience : 2 years Licenses : RT-PA Certifications : RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS; ACLS Weekends : EOW SSN Required DOB Required Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year References : 1 Reference in entire work history night shift, every other weekend, three 12 hour shifts.
