We're seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Manager, Operations to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of the organization's rhythm of the business, internal communications, and refining processes that help Walmart Connect operate with clarity, consistency, and speed. You'll report into a Senior Manager of Business operations and partner closely with cross-functional teams across Corporate Communications, Finance, HR, and Operational Leads.
The Manager, Operations will use strong problem-solving skills to assist with the organization's daily operations and be extremely detail-oriented and efficient in PowerPoint to create dynamic and engaging presentations that effectively convey a message through storytelling (i.e., senior leadership meetings, leadership staff meetings, etc.) The individual in this position is comfortable operating in dual modes : presenting with clarity and confidence, and quietly driving the behind-the-scenes details that ensure quality and consistency. A highly organized operator with a natural ability to track details, maintain processes, and anticipate needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Drive Project Management Across Workstreams
Own day-to-day execution of operational initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and tracking systems for visibility and accountability
Proactively identify blockers and partner with stakeholders to resolve them
Execute Internal Communications
Draft and publish internal newsletters, leadership talking points, and associate-facing updates
Manage comms calendar and ensure consistency of messaging across the organization
Translate strategic direction into clear, digestible formats for broad consumption
Support Rhythm of the Business
Manage logistics, scheduling, and content readiness for recurring leadership forums (e.g., staff meetings, offsites, MBRs)
Track follow-ups and reinforce meeting discipline
Own Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead and facilitate working group meetings with XFN stakeholders
Send agendas, capture notes, and ensure follow-through on decisions and action items
Operational Stewardship
Own subscription tracking, renewals, and internal tooling documentation
Support location strategy through utilization reporting and office coordination
What You'll Bring

Familiarity with retail media or large-scale enterprise operations a plus

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years experience in operations, project management, or related area.
