Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager at Ultimate Staffing, a Roth Staffing Company

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

This role focuses on computer hardware engineering, not software development.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to the production team.
• Perform failure analysis on customer products.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis.
• Contact clients for escalations.
• Set up the repair line, including ESD tools and grounding.
• Identify optimal analytical approaches to problems.
• Communicate with local and overseas teams via emails and conference calls.
• Prepare parts and components for the factory team's second-level failure analysis.
